Recipes!!? I say, screw them. I am not raw vegan, but one of the things that attracts me to high-fruit raw vegan is the EASE OF FOOD PREPARATION. Two years ago, I ate lots of frozen? dinners, until I reluctantly started cooking ALL my meals, but I would ditch cooking in a SECOND if it didn’t mean going back to those #@$# awful frozen dinners!

Sugar, salt, fat = main ingredients in ANY processed, store-shelf food! I’d bet if foods even as simple as cheese weren’t loaded with one or? more of those ingredients, they’d taste like the rotting garbage they are!

@TiniBago It’s definitely great that there are recipes that aren’t dripping with oil and salt! It’s just that far too many of them are and many people eat them everyday! They’re free to do so for sure, but it’s not in their best interest. If it looks like pizza and taste like pizza, it’s probably going to digest and effect your body like pizza! I used to do the complicated recipes but they were difficult? and made me feel terrible afterwords.Salads and pastas can be tasty and nutritious though!

The recipes I look at? AREN’T bathed in oil and fats and salt. And anyone with common sense should know not to eat these foods everyday. These recipes are what made me want to get into raw foods. The flavors are awesome. People should be encouraged to do the recipes at first to get them into it. YOU should do some. I’ve seen your lovely salad and pasta, and they looked great.
