Your parents should have done something about your weight back when you were still in elementary school. If you work hard on losing weight at a later age, it’s like inviting an injury and an early disability.

Diseases that are linked to overweight problems, such as coronary heart diseases, stroke, and colorectal cancer among others, will require skilled nursing care someday. So, don’t discount the possibility of entering a nursing home at some point in your life.

It was also revealed, however, that 40% of individuals who are 65 years old or older will enter a nursing home. You could be one of them if you currently have overweight issues.
